What you will do: * Perform client consultation: plan, design, implement, and support Physical Security Systems. * Develop and implement the technical architecture and physical design of the network: analyze existing Physical Security Systems and recommend solutions. * Set up, configure, and test Physical Security Systems that include video surveillance, access control, sensors, air quality control, and third-party integrations. * Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems. * Assist Account Managers during the sales process by educating the customer about new technologies in the Physical Security space. Identify and communicate potential opportunities for cross-selling to the sales team. * Assist in the management of projects using CDW's project management methodology. Follow life-cycle oriented processes and procedures. * Ensure a stable performance environment for enterprise computer applications. * Participate in various IT projects intended to continually improve/upgrade converged network solutions. * Regularly interface with technical and business staff of customers, including the project sponsor and stakeholders of projects in more complex engagements. * Serve as technical point of contact on customer engagements. * Create and execute test plans to meet project requirements for assigned components. * Manage time and expense to meet or exceed expectations defined in the Statement of Work. * Provide high quality content deliverables using the appropriate document templates. * Ensure solution is implemented as designed to the customer's satisfaction and approval. * Work with Professional Services Managers, ATAE's, Project Managers, Partners, and customers to manage expectations and timelines to ensure expectations and commitments are being met. * Conduct/lead design workshops for complex designs to meet customer, partners, business, and technical objectives. * Proactively develop plans and activities to avoid problems. * Educate the customer on solution as appropriate throughout the life of the project or service life. What we expect of you: * Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation, and support. Role Description As an Integration Technician, you will work in an environment where you will install and configure operating room integration systems. In this role, you will be required to: - Interpret project documents (Proposals, Port Maps, Wiring Diagrams, Infrastructure Drawings, etc.) - Use various hand tools to install equipment including terminating cables - Use various test equipment to ensure that systems are installed and energized correctly - Verify all final system configuration with hospital networks This is a high travel/commute role with significant driving and likely overnight stays. What does travel look like? You will be required to travel to various installation sites across the country via company vehicle or via air travel. Travel is typically booked 1-3 weeks in advance for project planning purposes. Your travel will be extensive, including: - Day trips - Overnight trips - Up to a week at a time Your typical hours will vary depending on Customer needs. Role Description You'll be uRun's first dedicated security hire. This is a founding role: you'll own security end-to-end as a hands-on engineer, and as the company and team grow, you'll have the opportunity to build out and lead the function.
