Tech Lead Frontend Engineer

Role Description Зараз ми в пошуках проактивного та досвідченого Tech Lead, що візьме на себе ownership за frontend-напрям: - спроектує та реалізує Vue.js-застосунок з SSR на базі наявного backend API; - визначить архітектуру, технічні стандарти та підходи до розробки. Duties and Responsibilities - проєктування та розвиток frontend-архітектури Vue.js-застосунку з використанням SSR; - розробка та підтримка frontend-рішень на основі наявного backend API; - налаштування та оптимізація структури проєкту, роутингу, state management і data fetching; - забезпечення високої продуктивності, SEO-оптимізації, стабільності та масштабованості застосунку; - участь у прийнятті технічних рішень, code review та формуванні engineering best practices; - тісна співпраця з продуктовою, backend та design-командами для ефективної реалізації функціоналу; - декомпозиція задач, оцінка технічних ризиків та планування реалізації; - використання AI-assisted / AI-agentic development tools для прискорення розробки та підвищення ефективності команди. Qualifications - комерційний досвід роботи з Vue.js та сучасним frontend-стеком; - практичний досвід роботи з SSR, бажано з Nuxt.js; - впевнене знання JavaScript / TypeScript; - досвід побудови frontend-застосунків з нуля та їх подальшого масштабування; - глибоке розуміння frontend-архітектури, компонентного підходу та принципів підтримуваного коду; - досвід інтеграції та роботи з GraphQL; - практичний досвід із state management (Pinia, Vuex або аналогічні рішення); - розуміння принципів performance optimization та web performance best practices; - досвід технічного лідерства: code review, mentoring, technical decision-making; - практичний досвід використання AI-assisted development tools у щоденній роботі. Required Soft Skills - сильні аналітичні навички та вміння декомпозувати складні задачі; - проактивність і відповідальність за технічний результат; - ефективна комунікація та вміння працювати в кросфункціональній команді; - готовність брати ownership над технічними рішеннями та розвитком продукту.
