Procuramos um Vendedor Técnico Externo comprometido, com visão estratégica e profundo conhecimento técnico, para fortalecer o time comercial e proporcionar soluções inovadoras aos clientes da Região Sul do Brasil. - Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes e mercados, ampliando a participação da empresa na Região Sul do Brasil; - Gerar demandas de vendas a partir de visitas técnicas a clientes industriais já mapeados na carteira, incluindo clientes inativos; - Construir e fortalecer o relacionamento com clientes, promovendo os diferenciais do portfólio; - Organizar cronograma de visitas e reuniões, assegurando presença estratégica nos principais polos industriais da região - Curitiba (PR), Blumenau (SC), Lages (SC), Caçador (SC) e Porto Alegre (RS); - Representar a empresa em feiras e eventos setoriais; - Realizar acompanhamento pós-venda, assegurando a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes; - Responder dúvidas técnicas e apoiar a solução de problemas dos clientes, sempre com excelência e presteza; - Elaborar relatórios detalhados de visitas, atividades e resultados para a gestão; - Atuar com autonomia e iniciativa para propor melhorias nos processos de venda; - Colaborar com equipe de engenharia para customizar soluções de acordo com a necessidade do cliente. Jornada de Trabalho: De 2ª-feira até 6ª-feira das 08h às 17h Qualifications - Graduação completa em Engenharia (ou área correlata); - Experiência prévia em vendas B2B técnicas no setor industrial ou conhecimento técnico em Papel/Celulose/Conversão de Papel/MDF/Madeira; - Proficiência em Microsoft Office; - CNH ativa (carro fornecido pela empresa para viagens); - Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes (atuação na região sul do Brasil e participação em feiras em São Paulo); - Excelente comunicação interpessoal, negociação assertiva e postura consultiva. Requirements - Experiência prévia em atendimento a grandes contas industriais; - Histórico de prospecção ativa em mercados industriais complexos; - Vivência em projetos de customização de soluções técnicas. What you'll do As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in Airwallex, you will play a crucial role in fostering our customers' innovative and transformative endeavours across our full payment solutions suites.
