• Data Management: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources required for the proper functioning of the tool used; • Financial Modeling: Support the building and maintenance of financial models used in mortgage financing simulations, including interest calculations, fees, amortization, and financial projections; • Process Automation: Assist in developing and maintaining automations for data analysis, processing, and consolidation using programming languages, focusing on efficiency gains, standardization of routines, and reduction of manual tasks; • Quantitative Analysis: Perform analyses of operational and financial data to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve processes and tools; • Results Consolidation: Support the creation of reports and dashboards for data visualization and decision-making; • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues that may arise in the tool, proposing and implementing efficient solutions to improve the quality of generated information; • Documentation: Promote the maintenance of technical documentation for the tool, ensuring it is kept up to date to facilitate understanding by other teams; • Requirements Gathering: Assist in requirements gathering and process mapping related to financial operations and the tools used by the company; • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement and process automation projects based on data analysis and optimization of existing calculations and models; • Team Collaboration: Work with other team members, participate in alignment meetings, and share knowledge to evolve the solutions developed;
