Role Description We're hiring an Operations Manager to run our 7-person remote video team. You will own the entire production workflow, from script to final video, ensuring the team delivers high-quality content that meets our marketing goals. You will report directly to the head of marketing. - Manage the team's daily workflow: assign tasks, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery using our project management tools. - Act as the bridge between the team and head of marketing, share strategies, report issues, and suggest fixes. - Review scripts and videos to meet marketing goals for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram ads. - Provide weekly updates on team performance, project status, and key metrics. Qualifications - Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking). (Bonus if you can speak Bengali) - Proven experience managing remote teams or complex projects, ideally in a creative environment. (remote preferred) - Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media (TikTok/Facebook/Instagram). - Strong organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail. - Available 12 PM - 9 PM +8GMT, weekdays (1 Hour Break); proactive and independent. Requirements - Background in e-commerce or video production. - Experience with project management tools like Asana or ClickUp.
