Role Description You will lead and coordinate customer implementations and rollout execution to ensure the successful adoption of our platform across enterprise customers. This is a highly customer-facing, individual contributor role focused on execution, communication, customer success, and cross-functional coordination. We are looking for someone based in Mexico City or Monterrey, NL who is highly organized, proactive, customer-oriented, and comfortable driving complex operational workstreams in fast-paced environments.
