Role Description You will lead and coordinate customer implementations and rollout execution to ensure the successful adoption of our platform across enterprise customers. This is a highly customer-facing, individual contributor role focused on execution, communication, customer success, and cross-functional coordination. We are looking for someone based in Mexico City or Monterrey, NL who is highly organized, proactive, customer-oriented, and comfortable driving complex operational workstreams in fast-paced environments. That means: - Acting as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation and rollout processes - Building strong relationships with customer operations, logistics, procurement, and IT teams - Driving project execution, timelines, follow-ups, and issue resolution across multiple concurrent customer rollouts - Coordinating closely with internal product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to ensure customer success - Ensuring customers remain informed, supported, and aligned throughout implementations - Supporting customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing operational success after go-live - Managing operational complexity while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through - Helping improve implementation and customer success processes as the company scales - Operating comfortably in fast-paced and ambiguous startup environments Key Responsibilities - Manage customer implementation timelines, milestones, and rollout coordination - Lead recurring customer meetings, status updates, and follow-up communication - Act as the day-to-day operational point of contact for customer stakeholders - Coordinate internal teams to ensure customer deliverables are completed on time - Track blockers, risks, dependencies, and escalation items across projects - Support onboarding, user adoption, rollout readiness, and post-go-live coordination - Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout implementations - Maintain implementation trackers, documentation, and operational reporting - Coordinate testing, validation, and customer acceptance workflows - Identify operational improvement opportunities and help scale implementation processes Qualifications - Fluency in Spanish and English - Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills - Customer Success, Implementation Management, or Technical Account Management roles - Strong project coordination and operational execution capabilities - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - High ownership mentality with strong follow-through - Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer workstreams simultaneously - Ability to proactively identify issues and drive resolution - Comfort coordinating cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority - Ability to operate independently in fast-paced startup environments - Strong written and verbal communication skills in both customer-facing and internal settings Requirements - Bonus points if you have experience with… - Managing enterprise SaaS implementations or operational rollouts - Working with logistics, supply chain, procurement, or operations teams - Supporting customer onboarding and adoption initiatives - Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced operational environments - Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Linear, or similar platforms - Experience working alongside engineering and product teams on customer deployments Benefits - Competitive compensation and meaningful equity. - Unlimited PTO. - Flexible, remote-first work arrangements. - Health insurance or equivalent local benefits. - Stipend for home office equipment. - Experience working with cutting-edge technologies. - Opportunities for professional growth. - Periodic in-person get-togethers to build camaraderie with your teammates.
