• Support the delivery of marketing activity across Enginuity • Shape and enhance marketing strategy through creative ideas and effective execution • Cover the full marketing lifecycle including content creation, communications, campaigns, and small-scale events • Produce high-quality content for various channels including websites, newsletters, CRM email campaigns, webinars, collateral, and events • Create website content, write press releases, campaign materials, and newsletters • Design assets across digital, print, and social channels to enhance brand visibility • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, communication plans and support events promoting Enginuity’s activities • Ensure marketing activity is communicated effectively and delivers maximum impact
Job Requirements
- Experience in a similar marketing role
- Confident creating engaging written content for a range of audiences and platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships across different teams
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects and campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Experience using CRM or marketing automation systems
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Good influencing and problem-solving skills
- Sound judgement and professional approach to confidentiality
- CIM Level 4 Marketing qualification or equivalent marketing qualifications
- Experience delivering marketing and communications activity that increases engagement and advocacy
- Interest or understanding of engineering and manufacturing landscape is advantageous
