Role Description Our marketing team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to introduce the future of C4ISR special mission products such as the PAL Aerospace mission system and CarteNav’s AIMS-ISR and AIMS-C4. In this highly impactful role as a product marketer, you must be confident in delivering succinct, highly valuable, and actionable marketing to operators, government customers, and OEMs tackling today’s threats, including domestic affairs, public safety, environmental, civil operations, and defence. This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing to coordinate sales enablement, campaigns, product news, go-to-market strategies, market research, and other demand-generating activities. At PAL Aerospace in this role, you’ll get to: - Drive value proposition, positioning, and messaging development for mission system software, special mission aircraft, contracted ISR operations solutions, and productized engineering/design/modification programs. - Own the cadence and outcomes of our partner-facing broadcasts and thought leadership program, including topic selection, SME prep, promotion, execution, and post-event reuse into evergreen demand and enablement assets. - Be PAL’s internal connective hub for product story and GTM readiness, aligning Sales/BD & Marketing with engineering, mission software (CarteNav), global mission ops, technical services, and aircrew training. - Aggressively uncover and validate USPs through customer/partner interviews, win/loss insights, competitive review, internal SME discovery, and field feedback. - Collaborate with the PAL Aerospace marketing and BD teams on the enablement system, including pitch narrative, decks, one-pagers, competitive talk tracks, product briefs, and evergreen assets. - Lead go-to-market planning for product launches and major updates, including narrative, proof points, announcements, partner coordination, and integrated campaign planning. - Become a product expert and power-user of current products for effective communication internally with sales & BD as well as externally with collaborating partners. - Work with the marketing team on events to ensure products are represented correctly, effectively, and interactively at all in-person and online events.
