Solutions Analyst

Crescendo

• Partner with Solutions Consultants and the senior team to support sales opportunities and strategic customer engagements • Translate discovery inputs into structured analyses, including: Pricing models, Cost structures, ROI and outcome-based business cases • Gather and synthesize data from cross-functional partners (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.) to inform solution design and pricing • Build and maintain detailed financial models in Excel or Google Sheets to support complex deal structures • Develop clear, data-driven narratives and recommendations to support solution strategy decisions • Contribute to the creation of customer-facing materials, including proposals and executive presentations • Support service design decisions by analyzing operational inputs (e.g., volumes, handle times, staffing assumptions) • Identify opportunities to improve tools, templates, and processes that support scalable and efficient pricing and analysis • Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve output quality, and drive innovation in how the Solutions team operates

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (EFSET C2 required)
  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar analytical role
  • Exposure to or interest in service design, process improvement, or operational strategy
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets), including complex formulas, data modeling, and scenario analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and independently drive toward answers
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and business narratives
  • Strong written communication skills; comfortable working in a highly async, Slack-driven environment
  • Experience building presentations (Google Slides, PowerPoint) for internal and external stakeholders, including executive audiences
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership over outputs and deliverables
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and navigating multiple data sources and stakeholders
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, copilots, automation tools) in day-to-day work
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI to improve workflows and outputs
  • Interest in contributing to how Crescendo evolves its AI-first approach to CX solutions and pricing
