Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (D365 F&SCM) Location: - Remote, United States - San Diego, CA - Lafayette, LA Position Description: We are seeking experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) Functional Consultants to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of D365 solutions to join our CGI team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective system designs, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational objectives. This position is remote; however, preferred locations include San Diego, CA or Lafayette, LA, with the option to work in a hybrid capacity. Your future duties and responsibilities: How you'll make an impact - Lead and support end-to-end D365 F&SCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment - Serve as a functional subject matter expert for the Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Sourcing modules in D365 - Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional design documents (FDDs) - Configure D365 F&SCM modules in alignment with business needs and Microsoft best practices - Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to support customizations, integrations, and data migrations - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case creation, defect triage, and resolution - Deliver end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer - Provide post-go-live support and recommend continuous improvements - Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data standards - Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on system capabilities and process optimization Required qualifications to be successful in this role: What you'll bring - 5+ years of experience as a D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant - Hands-on experience with the Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Sourcing D365 F&SCM Modules - Strong understanding of ERP business processes and cross-functional dependencies - Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations - Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional system designs - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models - Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain (highly desirable) - Familiarity with tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Microsoft Power Platform (preferred) - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills - Proven presentation and demonstration capabilities Key Competencies - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong documentation and presentation abilities - Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams - Client-focused mindset with strong attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Education Requirements - Bachelor’s degree (required) Desired qualifications/non-essential skills - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Finance, Supply Chain, or related) - Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting (Power BI is a plus) - Consulting background or client-facing experience - Industry experience (e.g., manufacturing, retail, public sector, energy, financial services) - Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency, or global implementations Other Information: CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $188,100.00.
