• The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Senior Consultant is responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 ERP engagements including: implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. • Responsible for hands-on configuration of Dynamics 365 ERP Trade and Logistics modules as well as for assisting clients in the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. • Involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement. • Provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role. • Position requires up to 50% travel.

Role Description Xenon7 is looking for a Fractional Palantir Advisor to support senior-level client conversations, activation and governance, and Palantir-centered advisory work for enterprise accounts. This is a part-time advisory role, ideal for someone who has deployed Palantir at scale, built operational workflows on the platform, and advised large organizations on governance, data modeling, and change management. The expected commitment is around 10–20 hours per month on an advisory retainer (US-based candidates only). - Join sales and discovery conversations with CIOs, CTOs, data leaders, and business stakeholders at Palantir-first enterprises. - Advise on architecture, data model design, and operationalization patterns that accelerate value capture. - Scope and oversee activation sprints, including feasibility, implementation approach, stakeholder alignment, and adoption planning. - Design and validate agentic/workflow orchestration on Palantir, integrating operational systems, data pipelines, and business processes. - Provide guidance on enterprise governance, access control, compliance, and security best practices specific to Palantir deployments. - Review client proposals and technical roadmaps to ensure pragmatic, scalable, and supportable Palantir solutions. - Support Xenon7 partnership and vendor conversations to strengthen credibility with Palantir field teams and integrator partners. Qualifications - US citizenship or lawful work authorization in the United States (US-only candidates). - Advanced academic background in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s preferred, PhD a plus. - Deep, hands-on experience implementing Palantir in enterprise contexts—data modeling, pipeline development, operational workflows, and deployment at scale. - Proven record of scoping and delivering Palantir activation or transformation engagements. - Strong understanding of enterprise governance, RBAC, compliance, security, and change management for mission-critical Palantir systems. - Experience integrating Palantir with downstream systems (ERP, CRM, BI, ML platforms) and designing sustainable operational handoffs. - Ability to advise senior stakeholders (CIOs, Heads of Data, business owners) and translate technical trade-offs into business outcomes. - Strong communication skills in English. - Bonus: former Palantir employee, Palantir Partner/SI experience, or experience running internal Palantir centers of excellence. • The Advisory Quality Consultant (Senior Associate) supports delivery teams in strengthening delivery quality, process adherence, and risk/metric discipline Advisory projects. • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proactive risk management through consistent implementation of quality controls, review mechanisms, and governance practices. • Responsible for ensuring adherence to industry best practices like CMMI V2 Level 5 and ISO. • Provide hands-on quality guidance to engagement teams on Advisory Quality Framework, delivery expectations, and review checkpoints. • Implement quality controls across key delivery milestones to ensure adherence to defined methods, standards, and client commitments. • Identify delivery risks early and work with teams to drive mitigation plans. Facilitate root cause analysis for recurring issues and help define CAPA.
