POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and people-focused Sales Lead to supervise and develop our team of remote sales representatives. This role is responsible for working with the Sales Leadership team to drive revenue growth, coach and support sales reps, optimize processes, and ensure the team consistently meets performance goals. A successful leader will build trust with the team, maintain clear communication, hold team members accountable for achieving goals and defined metrics, leverage technology for collaboration and tracking, develop a strong culture through recognition and virtual connection, and drive successful outcomes and results through accountability and empowerment. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise remote sales workforce with tasks as described below. - Coordination and reporting to senior leaders in the sales function and company executives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead, coach, and mentor a team of remote sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs. - Review and enforce clear performance expectations, track KPIs, and provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching. - Develop and execute, in partnership with the Sales Leadership Team, sales strategies, scripts, and best practices that align with company goals. - Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and productivity through CRM and analytics tools. - Support team member in daily tasks and managing complex customer conversations when needed. - Maintain constant communication through video calls for one-on-ones and team meetings to ensure full engagement from the team. - Ensure accountability through the use of shared dashboards and regular check-ins to monitor progress and track development. - Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture across a remote workforce. - Provide regular, constructive feedback, coaching on call quality, and opportunities for skill growth, through training and mentorship. - Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and report to appropriate leadership. - Partner with leadership to refine lead generation, messaging, and customer experience. - Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: - Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills. - Experience building and optimizing sales processes and playbooks. - Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital communication tools. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make strategic adjustments. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - 3–5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably managing remote or distributed teams. - Proven track record of leading teams to meet or exceed sales targets. SUMMARY: The primary responsibilities of the Home Equity Loan Processor II are to assist members with their financial needs regarding home equity loans in an efficient and professional manner, and process loan files timely and accurately, while providing excellent service. • The job of the FCS Sales Engineer is to gain market share at a profitable level within her/his assigned territory for the FCS product portfolio on the different business segments • In person visits of existing and prospective customers in order to present STAUBLI FCS Solutions • Daily Face to Face visits according to sales KPI stablished by the manager • Reach or overpass the sales target of the territory • Prepares and delivers technical presentations explaining spare parts, and products to existing and prospective customers • Understands the technical needs of the customer and provides the correct solution • Set up new customers on the CRM • Properly Prepare weekly Agenda within one week in Advance on the CRM • Report the visits on time into CRM according Staubli Guidelines • Get and fill all the documents required to set up a customer on the system • Participate on weekly sales follow up call • Utilizes the CRM system for information management, tracking and reports • Properly Quotations and Opportunities follow up • Provide the correct information to Engineering department to develop specialized products • Good and respectful communication with other departments (Inside Sales, Logistics and Finance) • Elaborate and Present expenses report in a timely manner every week • Participates and remains proactive in trade shows and open house events as well as National sales meeting in Duncan, SC every year
