Title: Lifecycle Marketing Manager Location: San Francisco (CA), Denver (CO), New York (NY) Department: Marketing Job Description: About the role We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Lifecycle Marketer to architect and execute the end-to-end journey for our enterprise healthcare provider customers. You will be the primary driver of customer value realization, tasked with increasing product adoption, defending retention, and identifying signals for account expansion. Lifecycle Marketing sits at the intersection of Growth, Product, and Customer Delivery, transforming raw customer data into sophisticated engagement programs. You will be responsible for turning "moments of risk" into "milestones of loyalty" by ensuring our customers—from RCM billing teams to C-suite executives—constantly see the ROI of the Candid platform. Responsibilities - Journey Architecture & Optimization: Map and refine the multi-persona customer journey. You will identify friction points in the provider experience and deploy high-impact interventions (content, digital touchpoints, or human-led plays) to ensure seamless transitions from implementation to long-term advocacy. - Expansion & Net Revenue Retention (NRR) Strategy: Partner with Growth and Delivery teams to identify "expansion-ready" accounts. You will develop marketing playbooks that surface white-space opportunities and drive incremental value beyond initial collections. - Multi-Channel Campaign Ownership: Design and launch end-to-end engagement campaigns. You will own the creative brief, vendor management, and asset production (Email, ABM, Personalized Gifting, and Executive Experiences) with a relentless focus on conversion and stickiness. - The "Voice of the Provider": Act as a strategic feedback loop for the organization. You will own customer sentiment mechanisms (e.g., NPS, KLAS) and translate that data into actionable insights for the Product and Leadership teams. - Executive Storytelling: Engage with Delivery team as they develop compelling, data-backed narratives for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and work to transform these results into data points that can be used by Sales. - Product Adoption & Change Management: Partner with Product Marketing and Ops to launch new features. You will develop the education and communication strategies required to drive deep platform stickiness across complex healthcare workflows. - Advocacy & Content Pipeline: Proactively identify and cultivate customer champions. You will turn successful implementations into a library of high-value assets, including case studies, webinars, and speaking engagements that amplify Candid’s market leadership. - Data & Measurement: Define and track the North Star metrics for the lifecycle function, including Time-to-Value (TTV), Adoption Rate, and Churn Propensity. Requirements - 3-5 years in lifecycle and/or customer marketing within a high growth SaaS or AI Start up - Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees. - Experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the ability to leverage BI tools (Tableau, Looker) to segment audiences and measure impact. - You excel in high-growth environments where you must balance high-level strategy with the hands-on execution of new programs. - Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both technical product leads and executive-level customers. Location We are looking for employees to join our in-person culture in our New York City, San Francisco, or Denver Offices. Our weekly schedule is 4 days in-office and 1 day working remotely. Pay Transparency The estimated starting annual base salary range for this position is $117,000 - $189,000 USD. Role Description We are looking for a Growth Marketer, Paid Social (Meta Ads) to own strategy, execution, creative testing, and performance analysis across Facebook and Instagram. This is not a coordination-only role. You should be comfortable living inside Meta Ads Manager, building campaigns, analyzing performance, writing hooks, briefing creative, launching tests, and making fast decisions from imperfect data. Your primary goal: help Poppy AI acquire more qualified customers through profitable, scalable paid social campaigns. What you will do - Own day-to-day execution and optimization for Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. - Build campaign structures for prospecting, retargeting, creative testing, offer testing, and landing page testing. - Develop and maintain a steady testing pipeline of hooks, angles, formats, audiences, offers, landing pages, and funnels. - Write direct-response ad concepts, primary text, headlines, landing page angles, and creative briefs. - Work with founders, designers, editors, and creators to turn performance insights into new ad assets quickly. - Analyze CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, payback period, funnel conversion, creative fatigue, and cohort quality. - Build lightweight reporting so the team always knows what is working, what is not, and what should be tested next. - Improve the post-click experience by recommending landing page, onboarding, offer, and checkout experiments. - Stay current on Meta platform changes, creative trends, attribution shifts, and paid social best practices. Qualifications - 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing or paid social experience, with meaningful ownership of Meta campaigns. - Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structure, pixel/CAPI basics, attribution windows, bidding, budget allocation, and creative testing. - A track record of scaling direct-response campaigns where performance was measured by real business outcomes, not vanity metrics. - Strong creative instincts: you can spot why an ad is working, why it is fatiguing, and what angle to test next. - Strong analytical ability with spreadsheets, dashboards, GA4, attribution tools, or similar performance reporting workflows. - Comfort moving quickly in an early-stage environment without waiting for a large team, perfect data, or perfect instructions. - Clear communication and high ownership. You can explain results, tradeoffs, and next steps without hiding behind jargon. - Practical experience using AI tools to speed up research, creative iteration, campaign analysis, or execution. Nice to have - Experience marketing SaaS, AI tools, creator tools, education products, communities, or prosumer software. - Experience with TikTok, YouTube, Google, influencers, affiliates, lifecycle, or email as supporting growth channels. - Experience managing creator-style ad production, UGC, founder-led ads, demo ads, or direct-response video creative. - Experience with landing page testing, CRO, funnel analytics, and offer development. How we work - Full-time role. - Remote-friendly within the United States. - Preference for strong Pacific Time overlap. - Direct founder access and high ownership. - Competitive compensation based on experience. How to apply Apply through this job posting with your resume or LinkedIn profile. Please include 2–3 examples of Meta campaigns, paid social tests, landing pages, ad concepts, or growth experiments you personally helped ship. If you can share performance context, even better.
