(See here to learn more about Matthew and fellow co-founder, David). You will be interacting nonstop with the executive team. Some context here: We were four people and pre-revenue in May 2022; we are now 700+ people in Q1 2026 and on track to double that again. Your work will center on transformations, re-organizations, and operating model development – as well as building and deploying AI agents that both accelerate how we make data-driven decisions across talent operations & remove headcount-driven rate limiters. You will be solving for how we scale up: measuring and driving high performance, driving cross-functional accountability, setting up future-proofed systems, and shepherding the company's growth as it doubles and then doubles again. We are looking for an ex-Bain, -BCG, or -McKinsey consultant with 2-3 years of experience. Drive transformation initiatives, re-organizations, and operating model design. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between talent operations and other departments, fostering critical thinking and analytical approaches to solve complex organizational challenges. - Data Proficiency and Insights: Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to generate actionable insights, performance metrics, and forecasting models that support decision-making and drive continuous improvement across talent operations and performance management. - Technology Adoption and Innovation: Champion the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions within the Strategic Services group. You will be driving AI adoption and building autonomous agents that support talent operations, organizational transformation, and data-driven decision making across the company. This includes deploying AI-driven tools (e.g., recruiting automation, performance analytics) to elevate operational capabilities and readiness for scale. - Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor subject-matter experts in talent operations in building their analytical skills and strategic mindset to ensure the group evolves into a high-performing, data-centric unit aligned with Reserv's expansion goals. - Executive communications: Adeptly create Board-, executive-team-, and tactical-level communications to facilitate workplanning, line-of-sight and accountability by the CEO or Board, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications - 2-3 years management consulting experience at Bain, BCG, or McKinsey - Undergraduate degree (i.e., BA or BS) - Experience in transformations, re-organizations, or post-merger integrations is helpful but not even slightly required – we’re looking for first principles thinking, not a copy-from-prior-experience approach Benefits - Generous health-insurance package with nationwide coverage, vision, & dental - 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching - Competitive PTO policy – we want our employees fresh, healthy, happy, and energized! - Generous family leave policy after 8 months of continuous work - Work from anywhere to facilitate your work life balance - Apple laptop, large second monitor, and other quality-of-life equipment you may want. Technology is something that should make your life easier, not harder! At Reserv, we value diversity in backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences and believe that diversity in viewpoints and critical thinking drives innovation, first-principles thinking, and success.
