Role Description A sua missão: - Suportar o desenvolvimento do plano estratégico de 3 a 5 anos da cia. - Identificar, desenvolver, testar e implementar novas iniciativas estratégicas, visando atingir o crescimento e plano estratégico da cia. Como será o seu dia a dia: - Liderar e executar análises complexas, envolvendo manipulação de banco de dados em nuvem, tratamento de dados, aplicação de regras de negócio e interpretação de resultados, necessárias para evolução da área. - Executar análises financeiras para estimar potencial de mercado de iniciativas estratégicas e seus efeitos nas principais linhas do P&L, assim como para suportar na criação de projeções de resultados da cia para os próximos 3 a 5 anos. - Monitorar potencial de mercado, tendências e comportamentos para identificar novas oportunidades e iniciativas estratégicas que tragam aumento da proposta de valor da cia. - Pesquisar e acompanhar movimentos e tendências de mercado, analisando possibilidades de desenvolver novas parcerias, liderar essas negociações e implementações. - Suportar a implementação das iniciativas priorizadas, executando atividades de acordo com a necessidade de cada uma. - Suportar a avaliação de resultados que comprovam a eficácia das oportunidades associadas a iniciativa estratégica priorizada. - Suportar na avaliação de potencial e resultado prévio de uma nova iniciativa, aplicando testes de hipóteses e análises de viabilidade. • Manage the territorial sales of seeds by identifying, building loyalty with, and maintaining relationships with customers and distribution channels (dealers) to generate demand for SLC Sementes. • Perform seed sales by leading negotiations through to order closure aligned with the company's targets. • Identify demand from nationally covered accounts related to farmers who operate in two or more territories, and forward the contact and demand to the Seed Sales Coordinator. • Continuously map the region, implementing and classifying leads in Salesforce to generate commercial opportunities for the growth of SLC Sementes. • Gather information on the seed market and update managers on potential opportunities for the company. Generate seed demand by planting and conducting side-by-side trials on farmers' properties, as well as managing trial follow-up, registration, and data collection to generate demand and achieve SLC Agrícola's marketing goals with breeders. • Provide technical training and capacity building to SLC Sementes customers to help them reach the maximum agronomic potential of the marketed product. • Deliver technical support and after-sales service for marketed products, advising on and verifying proper pre-storage and good seed handling practices. • Manage conflicts and address customer complaints (internal and external) within the service territory, supporting the Seed Sales Coordinator with nationally covered accounts. • Support internal seed sales administration by advising on logistics, providing timely customer information, and managing orders, as well as supporting the Corporate Communications team to ensure effective actions and campaigns in communication with farmers.
