• Execute on revenue expansion and retention strategies to contribute directly to Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and gross margin expansion across the assigned partner book. • Act as a critical conduit for capturing the partner voice and structured requirements. • Deliver data-driven partner feedback to the Head of Partner Management to influence the product roadmap and ensure platform evolution aligns with high-value commercial opportunities. • Customer Focus: Shape, define, and elevate our approach to delivering success to our global partner base, ensuring exceptional post-sales experiences and high-touch engagement throughout their lifecycle with DriveWealth. • Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate robust relationships with assigned partners, serving as their primary point of contact. Architect and maintain data marts for regulatory functions, optimize data models for performance, and establish monitoring systems to detect data anomalies, ensuring compliance and accuracy in regulatory reporting and data governance.
• Engineering & Automation: Design and develop internal tools and SRE platforms to eliminate repetitive tasks (toil) and improve developer velocity. • Infrastructure as Code: Architect and maintain modular, reusable IaC using Terraform and manage GitOps workflows via ArgoCD. • Observability & Reliability: Implement OpenTelemetry standards and the Grafana stack (Alloy, Loki, Tempo, Mimir) to provide deep insights into system health. Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets. • Platform Governance: Review software architecture and Kubernetes metrics to ensure high availability, capacity planning, and cost-optimization across AWS regions. • Incident Engineering: Lead incident response, perform complex root-cause analysis (RCA), and champion a blameless post-mortem culture. • Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to foster the adoption of new tools, security standards, and reliability best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated support inquiries from partners, ensuring timely, accurate, and service-oriented responses • Investigate and troubleshoot partner-reported issues by collaborating cross-functionally with Client Growth, Product, Engineering, and Operations • Triage incoming cases, assess urgency, and escalate further when necessary, maintaining thorough and organized case documentation to track status, trends, and partner feedback • Build strong rapport with partners by providing consistent, high-quality support and proactive communication • Identify patterns across inquiries to recommend process improvements, workflow updates, and product enhancements • Support the development of partner-facing Help Center content, FAQs, and internal documentation to reduce recurring escalations • Contribute to ongoing partner enablement by helping refine training materials, onboarding flows, and operational guides • Manage and strengthen daily operational functions and processes, potentially overseeing a dedicated Operational Support team • Work cross-functionally with Partner Onboarding and Relationship Management teams to create a seamless support model for current and future Partners • Create a collaborative working relationship with the Engineering team to enhance the automation of back-office systems and workflows • Conduct meetings with the Compliance and Legal Departments to review, maintain, and update the firm's written supervisory procedures related to operational support and applicable laws, rules, and regulations • Participate in weekend support coverage (at least one weekend day ongoing)
