• Coordinate and manage a team of Business Development Representatives; • Develop and manage a customer portfolio; • Develop products (seeds), adjusting the portfolio as necessary; • Pursue continuous team development by designing and delivering trainings, as well as requesting trainings from commercial partners and promoting them to the team; • Ensure teams meet targets by participating in negotiations alongside the team and by handling negotiations of high complexity or large volume; • Maintain ongoing oversight of the sales representatives, motivating and guiding them to achieve area targets.
• Manage the territorial sales of seeds by identifying, building loyalty with, and maintaining relationships with customers and distribution channels (dealers) to generate demand for SLC Sementes. • Perform seed sales by leading negotiations through to order closure aligned with the company's targets. • Identify demand from nationally covered accounts related to farmers who operate in two or more territories, and forward the contact and demand to the Seed Sales Coordinator. • Continuously map the region, implementing and classifying leads in Salesforce to generate commercial opportunities for the growth of SLC Sementes. • Gather information on the seed market and update managers on potential opportunities for the company. Generate seed demand by planting and conducting side-by-side trials on farmers' properties, as well as managing trial follow-up, registration, and data collection to generate demand and achieve SLC Agrícola's marketing goals with breeders. • Provide technical training and capacity building to SLC Sementes customers to help them reach the maximum agronomic potential of the marketed product. • Deliver technical support and after-sales service for marketed products, advising on and verifying proper pre-storage and good seed handling practices. • Manage conflicts and address customer complaints (internal and external) within the service territory, supporting the Seed Sales Coordinator with nationally covered accounts. • Support internal seed sales administration by advising on logistics, providing timely customer information, and managing orders, as well as supporting the Corporate Communications team to ensure effective actions and campaigns in communication with farmers.
