Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare regulatory compliance
  • Licensed Pharmacist or Nurse or JD with substantial experience supporting pharmacy, care delivery, or drug distribution compliance
  • Hands-on experience interpreting and applying federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
  • Required experience managing HHS OIG General Compliance Program Guidance (GCPG) for a healthcare organization
  • Preferred Healthcare Compliance Certification such as CCP or CHC
  • Proven ability to lead audits and monitoring activities end-to-end
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-management skills
  • Comfortable operating independently in complex, regulated environments
  • Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and operational teams
