• Own strategy and execution for a key AI-powered product area within Jama Connect • Define and evolve the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business priorities, revenue opportunities, and technical constraints • Translate ambiguous AI-related opportunities and customer problems into clear product direction and actionable work • Ensure AI-enabled capabilities are grounded in practical customer value, workflow impact, trust, adoption, and usability • Make and communicate tradeoff decisions across competing priorities with minimal guidance • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to scope, iterate, and deliver high-impact AI-enabled product experiences • Work with technical teams to evaluate feasibility, product experience, implementation tradeoffs, and potential data dependencies • Help bridge customer needs, technical constraints, product strategy, and business priorities • Drive alignment across stakeholders and influence decisions without direct authority • Engage directly with customers and prospects to inform product decisions and validate direction • Partner with Go-to-Market teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing, to identify deal blockers, expansion opportunities, and product needs • Convert customer, commercial, and market inputs into product initiatives that support adoption, expansion, and business growth • Continuously reprioritize based on changing inputs from leadership, customers, Engineering, and GTM teams • Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate product development, research, experimentation, prototyping, and decision-making • Continuously explore, test, and apply AI-enabled approaches to improve product discovery, research synthesis, experimentation, decision-making, and customer-facing product experiences • Use AI-native approaches to improve speed, clarity, and quality in product discovery and execution while keeping customer value, trust, and usability at the center.
Job Requirements
- Strong, relevant Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, technical platforms, or complex product environments
- Experience building, shaping, or working on AI-enabled products, with familiarity in how AI capabilities influence product design, user experience, trust, and adoption
- Familiarity with AI-enabled or AI-native product development workflows and tools
- Demonstrated ability to define product direction and deliver outcomes with a high degree of autonomy
- Strong prioritization skills under changing conditions and competing demands
- Proven ability to operate with ambiguity and make decisions without complete information
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Product leadership, and Go-to-Market teams
- Ability to translate customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and commercial inputs into product strategy and shipped outcomes
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially in remote, cross-functional environments
- Ability to quickly synthesize complex inputs and translate ambiguity into clear product direction
- Action-oriented approach to product ownership, with the ability to make progress through shifting priorities and incomplete information
- Curious-minded approach to AI-enabled product development, with a passion for building practical, high-impact product experiences
- Collaborative operating style with the ability to build alignment, surface tradeoffs, and influence decisions without direct authority.
