• Complete project setup, maintenance, and closeout within the system of record • Provide administrative support for contract management, including reviewing and tracking contract deliverables • Facilitate communication within project teams to ensure smooth project operations • Coordination and management of RFI’s, scheduling of project meetings, and coordination of project deliverables • Support the project team by coordinating meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities • Identify and track potential project risks to support the Project Manager in Risk Management • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations • Maintain organized records of project documents, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest information • Support administration of project contracts (including subcontracts), and change orders • Support capturing lessons learned • Support the project manager in preparation and management of project schedules, budgets, and financial reports • Proactively identify trends and potential project issues regarding resource planning, schedule, resourcing, scope, and budget
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in project administration/controls/management or a related role
- Proficient understanding of project management and project controls
- Expert analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Planview Adaptive Work)
- Microsoft Dynamics (Finance & Operations) experience preferred
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the US
