Role Description As a Senior Advanced Project Engineer in Honeywell’s Projects & Automation Solution (PAS) group, you will be supporting the Sheet Manufacturing market playing a critical role in the delivery of our advanced engineering projects. You will be responsible for: - Developing and aligning project technical scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Developing project work plans, including schedules, resource fulfillment, and managing individual cost controls. - Ensuring efficient project execution and successful delivery of our solutions. - Leading the success of our advanced engineering projects. - Coordinating and communicating with stakeholders. - Identifying and eliminating project risks and issues. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices. The markets you will be serving include: - Pulp & Paper - Lithium-ion Battery (LIB) - Aluminum - Rubber - Plastic films - OEMs and other processes where a continuous sheet is produced. The Honeywell solutions delivered for these projects include: - Quality Control Systems (QCS) - Cross Direction (CD) Control Systems - Machine Direction (MD) Control Systems - Distributed Control Systems (DCS) - Web inspection - Other Continuous Web Solutions (CWS) You will report directly to a Project Engineering Manager and work remotely or from a dedicated Honeywell location when not deployed for project activities at one of our many customer locations across the U.S. and Canada. You will also work closely with our aftermarket service branch, Lifecycle Services and Solutions (LSS), with their Regional Operations Collaboration Center (ROCC) located in Duluth GA. • Lead end-to-end lifecycle execution across deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success for a strategic account • Support multi-product program delivery, helping align hardware, software, digital evidence, and integrated workflows • Serve as a primary point of accountability for customer-facing outcomes, partnering with internal teams (Engineering, Support, Product, PSO) • Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting, helping coordinate resolution and root-cause analysis • Contribute to program governance, including roadmap execution, risk identification, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking • Build and maintain strong relationships with command staff and agency leadership, supporting QBRs/EBRs and planning discussions • Drive adoption and value realization, helping ensure solutions are effectively integrated into agency workflows • Share customer insights and feedback with Product and Engineering to help inform improvements • Identify and support expansion opportunities, partnering with Sales on long-term account strategy • Track and support customer success metrics, including adoption, program health, CSAT, NPS, time-to-value, and issue resolution • Support Sales → Post-Sales onboarding and handoff, helping establish goals, success criteria, and alignment early • Maintain a consistent onsite presence (approximately 4 days/week) to stay connected to agency operations and needs

• Perform engineering design for roadway drainage and design-build projects including collector streets, arterials, expressways, interstates, and bridge replacements. • Conduct bridge hydraulic studies, culvert design, closed drainage system design, pond design, and erosion/sedimentation control. • Prepare construction plans, project displays, cost estimates, reports, and technical memos. • Lead marketing efforts for drainage projects including proposal development, letters of response, presentations, and interviews. • Provide quality control reviews for drainage calculations and plans. • Utilize design software such as MicroStation, Inroads, ORD-SUDA, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Excel, GIS, ICPR, HEC-RAS, HY8, FlowMaster, Pond Pack, StormCAD, SMS, SRH2D, and HEC-RAS 2D. • Coordinate with project managers and other disciplines (roadway, structures, utilities). • Mentor and direct junior engineers. • Work independently with minimal technical supervision.

• Develop physics-based models representative of aircraft dynamics (aerodynamics, ground reactions, actuator models, etc.) • Identify, request, and analyze flight tests necessary to inform modeling • Conduct closed-loop testing of flight control systems with simulated aircraft dynamics • Develop tools for visualizing and analyzing simulation and flight data • Perform validation of simulation models against flight test data
