• Lead end-to-end lifecycle execution across deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success for a strategic account • Support multi-product program delivery, helping align hardware, software, digital evidence, and integrated workflows • Serve as a primary point of accountability for customer-facing outcomes, partnering with internal teams (Engineering, Support, Product, PSO) • Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting, helping coordinate resolution and root-cause analysis • Contribute to program governance, including roadmap execution, risk identification, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking • Build and maintain strong relationships with command staff and agency leadership, supporting QBRs/EBRs and planning discussions • Drive adoption and value realization, helping ensure solutions are effectively integrated into agency workflows • Share customer insights and feedback with Product and Engineering to help inform improvements • Identify and support expansion opportunities, partnering with Sales on long-term account strategy • Track and support customer success metrics, including adoption, program health, CSAT, NPS, time-to-value, and issue resolution • Support Sales → Post-Sales onboarding and handoff, helping establish goals, success criteria, and alignment early • Maintain a consistent onsite presence (approximately 4 days/week) to stay connected to agency operations and needs

• Perform engineering design for roadway drainage and design-build projects including collector streets, arterials, expressways, interstates, and bridge replacements. • Conduct bridge hydraulic studies, culvert design, closed drainage system design, pond design, and erosion/sedimentation control. • Prepare construction plans, project displays, cost estimates, reports, and technical memos. • Lead marketing efforts for drainage projects including proposal development, letters of response, presentations, and interviews. • Provide quality control reviews for drainage calculations and plans. • Utilize design software such as MicroStation, Inroads, ORD-SUDA, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Excel, GIS, ICPR, HEC-RAS, HY8, FlowMaster, Pond Pack, StormCAD, SMS, SRH2D, and HEC-RAS 2D. • Coordinate with project managers and other disciplines (roadway, structures, utilities). • Mentor and direct junior engineers. • Work independently with minimal technical supervision.

• Develop physics-based models representative of aircraft dynamics (aerodynamics, ground reactions, actuator models, etc.) • Identify, request, and analyze flight tests necessary to inform modeling • Conduct closed-loop testing of flight control systems with simulated aircraft dynamics • Develop tools for visualizing and analyzing simulation and flight data • Perform validation of simulation models against flight test data

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to design, build, and implement Kong-based solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments. • Lead hands-on implementation efforts for API gateways, AI gateways, service mesh, developer portals, and related connectivity technologies. • Build automation frameworks, migration tooling, custom integrations, and reusable accelerators to simplify customer adoption and modernization efforts. • Drive migration initiatives from legacy API management platforms to Kong. • Work closely with customer developers, platform teams, architects, security teams, and executives to solve complex technical and operational challenges. • Develop production-grade code, scripts, plugins, CI/CD integrations, Kubernetes automation, and infrastructure tooling as part of customer engagements. • Collaborate with Kong Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities based on real-world customer feedback and implementation learnings. • Create reusable best practices, technical assets, reference architectures, documentation, and design patterns to scale delivery excellence across the organization. • Support strategic customer initiatives involving AI connectivity, governance, platform modernization, and cloud-native transformation.
