Role Description We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally sophisticated Vice President of Client Pipeline Development to lead and scale the organization’s client acquisition, intake operations, referral ecosystem, diagnostics growth strategy, and market development initiatives across all current and future markets. This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a highly integrated leadership role responsible for building the infrastructure, strategy, accountability systems, and cross-functional operational alignment necessary to support organizational growth while ensuring families move efficiently from referral to services. The Vice President of Client Pipeline Development will serve as the senior leader responsible for designing, optimizing, forecasting, and scaling the organization’s end-to-end client pipeline infrastructure.
