Role Description This is a remote role within the United States, with preference for candidates located in Denver, CO. US work authorization is required. VIATechnik's Electrical Studio is growing fast, and this role exists to make sure the infrastructure behind how it wins work keeps pace with the opportunity. The Project Coordinator, Electrical owns the processes that move incoming opportunities from pipeline to executed contract, including: - Proposal coordination - Salesforce pipeline management - Change orders - Contract execution - Marketing collateral This is not an administrative support role. It is operational ownership at the center of a fast-moving studio, where your precision and follow-through directly determine how much work the team can confidently pursue and close. Qualifications - Deep fluency in VDC proposal execution - Pipeline management - Client relationship strategy Requirements - Achieve full ownership of the Electrical Studio's Salesforce pipeline within 60 days - Reduce proposal turnaround time for mid-market clients to five business days or fewer within 90 days - Maintain a zero-outstanding change order backlog at any point in the quarter - Own the end-to-end contract execution workflow within six months - Develop and maintain a complete library of current Electrical Studio marketing materials within the first year Benefits - Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000, eligible for bonuses - Health insurance with the choice of five plan options, covering 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies - Dental and vision insurance, covering up to 75% of premiums for VIATechies - Open and flexible time off - A 401(k) plan that is fully vested immediately - Home office setup costs - Paid holidays

Role Description Coho Construction Management is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in support of a newly awarded contract. This remote role requires travel and will provide discipline-specific technical review and oversight support to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and contract requirements.
