Role Description Ulteig is seeking qualified candidates for a Delivery Lead position to support the execution of digital products and initiatives across the firm. The Delivery Lead plays a critical role in ensuring predictable, transparent, and high-quality delivery outcomes by owning end-to-end delivery planning and execution health for assigned initiatives. This role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, and extended business teams to orchestrate delivery, manage dependencies, and maintain execution credibility against roadmap commitments. The Delivery Lead reports within the Program Management / Delivery function and works in tight collaboration with Product to enable data-informed prioritization and decision-making. What You’ll Do - Delivery Orchestration – 30% - Own end-to-end delivery planning and execution health for assigned products or initiatives. - Manage milestones, dependencies, timelines, capacity considerations, and release coordination across teams. - Actively track and manage delivery risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), ensuring early visibility and mitigation. - Ensure delivery plans remain realistic, defensible, and aligned with roadmap commitments and available capacity. - Coordinate cross-team and cross-initiative dependencies, escalating tradeoffs or constraints as needed. - Execution Cadence & Transparency – 30% - Facilitate sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, delivery rituals, and execution checkpoints in partnership with Product and Engineering. - Maintain delivery status reporting, milestone tracking, RAID logs, and execution dashboards. - Provide clear, concise delivery updates to Product, Program, and leadership stakeholders. - Ensure delivery progress remains aligned to roadmap intent, surfacing execution variance early with options and impacts. - Continuously improve delivery processes, tooling, and practices to increase predictability and flow. - Partnering with Product – 30% - Partner closely with Product Management to ensure backlog readiness, clear priorities, and sprint alignment. - Surface delivery tradeoffs, risks, constraints, and downstream impacts to inform Product decision-making. - Support Product in sequencing work realistically based on dependencies, capacity, and delivery risk. - Enable Product to make outcome-oriented decisions by translating delivery realities into actionable insights. - Partnering with the Extended Team – 10% - Partner with Marketing, Commercialization, Change Management, and Communications teams to support release readiness and go-to-market activities. - Collaborate with Quality and the Engineering Center of Excellence to ensure delivery standards, quality expectations, and readiness criteria are met. - Coordinate cross-functional release activities to ensure smooth launches and adoption. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related discipline—or equivalent experience. - 3+ years of experience in delivery, project management, program execution, or related roles within technology-enabled or engineering environments. - Strong experience operating within agile or hybrid delivery models in a product-oriented organization. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders. - Exceptional organizational, communication, and facilitation skills. - Proven track record of improving delivery predictability, transparency, and stakeholder confidence. - Strong business acumen with the ability to connect delivery execution to business and customer outcomes. - Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and common agile delivery tooling. - PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus. - Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement. - Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S. What Success Looks Like - Delivery commitments are met with high credibility and transparency. - Product leaders trust delivery data to make informed prioritization and roadmap decisions. - Risks and dependencies are surfaced early with clear options and impacts. - Teams operate with a consistent execution cadence and shared understanding of milestones and goals. - Cross-functional partners experience smooth, well-orchestrated releases. Role Description The Senior Network Engineer is the primary technical owner for our enterprise-wide network, bridging the gap between our physical retail footprint and our cloud presence. This role is responsible for the design, security, and continuous improvement of infrastructure across Google Cloud (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and our on-premise locations. As a leader within the NetDevOps team, you will drive the transition from manual configuration to Infrastructure as Code (IaC). This is an "evolution-focused" role: we don't just maintain the network; we improve it through automation and strict observability. What You’ll Do: - Platform Ownership: Serve as the Primary Owner for core platforms: Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Meraki (SD-WAN), and Cisco Route/Switch. - Cloud & IaC Requirement: Act as the primary lead for Google Cloud (GCP) and Azure network services.
