• Lead client accounts of up to £400K revenue • Take the strategic lead on client briefs and provide strategic direction • Manage client meetings and internal team meetings • Ensure quality deliverables through appropriate accuracy and quality checks • Report key financial and team data to senior leadership • Maintain good financial processes for the accounts you lead • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities • Manage the work, performance, and professional development of team members

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client services
  • Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
