• Serve as the technical lead on client projects, owning the end-to-end delivery of OpenText / Documentum solutions from design through implementation. • Actively contribute to pre-sales activities — engaging clients, understanding their needs, and shaping winning proposals and solution designs. • Define and produce high-level and low-level technical designs that meet the highest standards of quality and scalability. • Translate functional requirements into clear technical analyses and architectures. • Lead and mentor internal and contract technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, challenging stakeholders where appropriate and recommending the most future-proof solutions based on your expertise. • Share your vision on Enterprise Content Management with clients and colleagues, helping to elevate the practice across the organization. • Collaborate with project management to ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

• Update the bookcover for the first volume of the MangRes graphic novel ‘Visiones del Manglar’, according to UNESCO Publications Guidelines. • Develop three chapters for the second volume of the MangRes graphic novel ‘Visiones del Manglar’. Format : A4, 20 pages maximum per chapter. • Create illustrations for the 2nd and 3rd chapters, ensuring alignment with the project's messaging and themes. • Depict Latin American and the Caribbean mangrove species, landscapes, and environments. • Ensure scientific accuracy and engage with educational and environmental awareness-raising goals. • Create the layout and integrate approved text into the final design. • Deliver the finalized illustrations for the 2nd and 3rd chapters for a final review, addressing all feedback from UNESCO. • Provide print-ready files and digital files for web (screen) to UNESCO. • Define a cohesive color palette, character design, and artistic technique suitable for the project.

• Facilitate virtual training sessions for sales and commercial teams in both onboarding and continuous learning initiatives • Design and develop high-quality learning assets including presentations, playbooks, facilitator guides, and sales enablement materials • Translate business requirements and operational goals into practical and engaging training solutions • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to identify performance gaps and learning needs • Support sales performance improvement initiatives through coaching, reinforcement activities, and targeted learning interventions • Deliver interactive learning experiences that promote engagement, knowledge retention, and practical application • Track training effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational KPIs • Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand product updates, process changes, and business priorities
