• Serve as the technical lead on client projects, owning the end-to-end delivery of OpenText / Documentum solutions from design through implementation. • Actively contribute to pre-sales activities — engaging clients, understanding their needs, and shaping winning proposals and solution designs. • Define and produce high-level and low-level technical designs that meet the highest standards of quality and scalability. • Translate functional requirements into clear technical analyses and architectures. • Lead and mentor internal and contract technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, challenging stakeholders where appropriate and recommending the most future-proof solutions based on your expertise. • Share your vision on Enterprise Content Management with clients and colleagues, helping to elevate the practice across the organization. • Collaborate with project management to ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

• Drive new business and grow existing accounts for our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and XML Structured Content Management (SCM) solutions. • Spend approximately 60–70% of your time hunting for new enterprise logos and 30–40% expanding relationships within existing customers. • Build relationships and work closely with prospects and clients to understand their content, documentation, digital transformation challenges, and overall business objectives. • Position our solutions to deliver measurable business value. • Represent the company at industry conferences and actively follow up on events, marketing campaigns, partners, and other channels, building relationships and turning interest into opportunities.
