• Execute the operational flow: Lead daily cash inflows and outflows (multi-product, multi-currency), ensuring excellence at every cutoff: file uploads, status monitoring, account onboarding, and voucher/document control. • Ensure financial integrity: Lead weekly reconciliations in coordination with Administration and Accounting to optimize monthly close SLAs and proactively detect variances. • Optimize the payments ecosystem: Identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities in payments, FX, and account onboarding processes; analyze their impact and propose disruptive solutions. • Management control: Collaborate with internal and external payment owners to identify and mitigate deviations from operational objectives. • Cross-functional synergy: Proactively work with CX, Ops, CS, and Collections teams to ensure top-tier service standards across our products (Factoring, FX, etc.).
Job Requirements
- Analytical DNA: Ability to process complex data and prioritize customer needs under pressure.
- Data stack: Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Excel (able to extract and manipulate data autonomously).
- Product vision: Ability to detect issues, document them and translate them into technical use cases for the Product/Engineering team.
- Extreme attention to detail: In this role, accuracy is our number-one priority.
- Disruptive proactivity: If you see something that doesn't work, you question it and fix it.
- Plus: Previous experience in fintechs, payment processors, or modern banking.

The goal of this role is to reduce administrative burden on technicians and the scheduler while improving billing accuracy, inventory readiness, customer communication, and follow-through after service visits. This is a remote role, but you must live in CST or EST time zones to be considered. This position requires limited travel (1-2 times per year) for internal meetings and training opportunities.
