Role Description The Role: Asset Administration, Operations Specialist Location: This position is remote in Denver, CO. - Review and update client account information including, but not limited to, monthly valuation data, LLC dissolutions, and assets in receivership. - Identify and assess client’s submissions to achieve compliant results. - Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools in accordance with company procedures. - Maintain records of client submissions, process client requests and file documents. - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and departmental policies and procedures. - Other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization. Qualifications - Knowledge and understanding of IRS Regulations for retirement accounts & qualified plans. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office. - Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Ability to identify process improvements and efficiencies, strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated and resourceful. - Must be able to sit and/or stand in an office or remote setting for long periods of time while working.
