• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale, end-to-end S2P technology transformation programmes, acting as a solution architect, translating business requirements into scalable system designs, workflows and configurations • Oversee the design, configuration and implementation of leading procurement and contracting platforms, including system integrations with ERP and adjacent platforms, working with technical teams to ensure seamless data and process flows • Identify and drive opportunities for automation, digitisation and AI enablement, embedding innovation into core procurement processes and unlocking continuous improvement • Lead multi-disciplinary teams across PwC and client organisations, fostering collaboration across technology, functional and AI specialists to deliver integrated transformation outcomes • Support clients in defining their AI strategy for procurement, including opportunity identification, business case development, and deployment roadmaps • Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and agents, integrating with procurement platforms and enterprise systems • Manage day-to-day delivery of workstreams or projects, ensuring progress, quality and alignment with client expectations

• Drive localization quality at scale in an AI-first environment • Contribute to the development and execution of quality programs • Develop and implement quality frameworks for various locales • Manage and optimize quality operations • Engage and empower localization vendors

• Monitor status of purchase requisitions and change requests and escalate action as needed. • Coordinate setup of resource assignments in AFS SubTime (Unanet). • Assist with troubleshooting of Unanet access and time entry/submission issues • Communication to resources about access updates. • Identify missing timesheets and follow up with resources until submitted • Identify missing timesheet approvals (vendor and AFS) and follow up with approvers until complete. • Provide list of resources excluded from non-compliance notifications to SubTime team • Work with SubTime team on pending issues and errors. • Additional tasks may vary by Account/Program

• In this responsible position, you will lead the strategic pharmaceutical procurement function and actively shape the further development of the procurement strategy • Professional and disciplinary leadership of a small, specialized team (pharmacy assistants (PKA) and pharmaceutical technicians (PTA)) • Management and further development of strategic pharmaceutical procurement • Independent conclusion and negotiation of supplier contracts • Ensuring medicine availability, including active stockout management • Close coordination with hospital pharmacies through regular exchange meetings • Analysis and monitoring of national and international procurement markets • Identification and evaluation of new suppliers and, where applicable, conducting supplier acquisition discussions • Further development of procurement processes and structures in the growing business area • Direct reporting line to the Executive Management
