• Supervised by the Marketing Strategy Managers, conduct a competitive audit analyzing the competitive landscape at and around Tarkett Commercial’s largest annual event, Fulton Market Design Days • Supervised by the Director, Marketing Strategy, assist in the oversight and completion of the “Power of a Bond” campaign launching in September • Supervised by our Digital Director, finish the creation of AI personas and load into Strategical, our AI Persona Worklab • Supervised by our Marketing Strategy Manager, assist in enabling live and virtual Johnsonite Wall Base training channel engagements • Web Working with strategy and digital teams, audit Johnsonite pages on Tarkett.com, especially millwork pages vs. established competitive set to share optimization opportunities • Conduct commercial website CMS updates working with the digital team • Working with the Director, Digital, conduct an AEO Audit for specifier intent • Provide AI application support working with Digital team • Audit top distributor website set to determine if brand content/container can be published • Working with Samples Manager and Director, Marketing Strategy explore channel feedback on POP merchandiser prototype
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in undergraduate program (business preferred)
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Familiarity w/ social medial platforms
- Strong organizational and communications skills required

Role Description The Senior Brand Manager will lead brand growth by helping to develop the brand vision and direction, shaping consumer engagement strategies, building product innovation roadmaps and go to market strategies. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management with proven success driving complex projects forward. - Experience building collaborative partnerships across all levels of leadership and cross-functional partners to get things done in a complex system, with powerful sense of ownership and accountability. - Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, balanced with an ability to prioritize issues and propose solutions to new and complex situations. - Understanding the concepts of full product development and innovation philosophy and able to keep the consumer first mindset in developing brand strategies. - Experience with IRI, Nielsen and Syndicated Retailer Data ideal. - Effective communication skills and comfortable with PPT. Requirements - Salary for the Sr. Brand Manager starts at $170,000.
