• Join calls, ask questions, and work to understand how the client's business operates • Document requirements, map out processes, and turn messy workflows into tangible plans • Read through existing code and configurations to understand current operations • Dig into data to answer questions or spot issues • Test out new tools and integrations as part of discovery work • Own your estimates and commitments to timelines

Job Requirements

  • A qualification in IT, computer science, or a related technical field — or equivalent self-taught experience
  • 1–3 years of experience working within an IT team in some capacity (support, QA, development, data analysis, etc.)
  • Comfortable reading and reasoning about code — you don't need to write it fluently, but you should be able to open a codebase and understand the broad strokes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you'll be writing a lot of documentation, tickets, and client correspondence
  • A demonstrated habit of being reliable with deadlines and proactive when things go off track
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar)

We are looking for an experienced Five9 Outbound Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, taking ownership of client success, and working directly within Five9 to improve outbound performance and campaign efficiency. You will act as a trusted advisor and hands-on operator for clients, managing outbound campaigns, troubleshooting issues, and driving strategic improvements that deliver tangible ROI.
