• Evaluate, analyze, and create solutions for new customers and new opportunities • Collect project specifications from Client and available resources to accurately communicate those specifications to internal and/or external service departments • Solve for materials, due dates, and print options based on customer requirements • Be accountable to the customer by delivering communication regarding solutions and project inquiries • Optimize, and drive controlled schedules across the company and cross-functional teams • Develop and manage project timelines and task lists, coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience
- 3 years of Account Management experience
- 3+ years of experience working in print, direct mail, and/or signage
- PMP helpful
- Bachelor's degree in business, graphic communications, or related area of study
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong experience working with Microsoft products, such as excel, word and outlook
