Talent & Partnership Director
Impact Performance Team
• Proactively source, headhunt, and recruit candidates for open positions across our client portfolio • Build and manage an active candidate pipeline using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), referrals, and direct outreach • Conduct initial candidate outreach, qualification, and screening • Identify and pursue businesses that could benefit from IPT's consulting and recruiting services • Leverage our existing talent pool to open doors with prospective clients • Execute outbound business development through cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, warm introductions, and referral networks • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and business partners • Collaborate with leadership on targeting strategy, messaging, and pipeline development • Represent Impact Performance Team professionally in all client and candidate-facing interactions
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or headhunting
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage a full pipeline without heavy oversight
- Professional presence with strong relationship-building capability
- Business development or sales experience is a strong plus
- Industry experience in insurance, financial services, or professional services is preferred but not required
- Must be located or able to commute to Charleston, SC when needed
