• The Executive Director of ICU Mobile serves as the senior leader responsible for building, scaling, positioning, and expanding a national mobile ministry for Care Net. • Develop, refine, and lead a multi-year national strategy for ICU Mobile that supports growth, multiplication, and long-term ecosystem development in alignment with Care Net’s mission and organizational priorities. • Architect and evolve the national mobile ministry model, including expansion strategy, deployment concepts, ownership-readiness frameworks, and scalable ministry infrastructure. • Identify geographic expansion pathways, evaluate market and ministry opportunities, and recommend strategic priorities for regional and national growth. • Design and strengthen systems that integrate mobile ministry with affiliate partners, churches, and Care Net network initiatives to increase mission impact and operational readiness. • Lead day-to-day operations of the Mobile Ministry Division while also building the operational frameworks required to scale a national specialty ministry platform. • Develop and oversee ICU Mobile’s annual budget in collaboration with the SVP SP, ensuring resources are aligned with strategic priorities, expansion goals, and ministry objectives. • Serve as a spokesperson for ICU Mobile, representing the ministry at churches, conferences, events, meetings, and strategic gatherings. • Recruit, lead, coach, and develop team members in collaboration with the SVP SP, ensuring strong leadership capacity within ICU Mobile.
• The Director of Affiliate Communication is responsible for the design, execution, and oversight of Care Net’s affiliate-facing communications, digital marketing initiatives, and educational programming. • This role bridges the gap between Center Services, Marketing, and Strategic Planning to ensure that Care Net’s affiliates are equipped with high-quality resources, training, and support. • Oversees the full lifecycle of affiliate engagement, from webinars and guest blogs to the technological infrastructure (HubSpot) that powers the affiliate experience. • Works with the Assoc. Director of Marketing and Communication, the Senior Manager of Affiliate Education, and the Affiliate Care Manager, as well as with other departments to write, edit, assign, aggregate, and deploy content for Care Net’s center-facing web properties. • Content will cover topics such as client care, evangelism, marketing, fundraising, governance, and more. • Conduct performance reviews for direct reports. • Curate and host affiliate webinars, overseeing guest blogs and sourcing thought leadership from affiliate leaders and partners to provide ongoing value to the affiliate network. • Execute a consistent "Pulse Check" strategy, conducting direct outreach to affiliates to gather feedback, identify needs, and maintain organizational health. • Facilitate monthly cross-departmental strategy sessions to audit upcoming initiatives and determine the most effective distribution channels. • Write, segment, and deploy complex email marketing campaigns for major initiatives. • Assist in "Marketing Sprints" for new resources, including the development of landing pages, promotional videos, and sales collateral. • Ensure the Affiliate Portal is updated as well as the Affiliate Facebook Group, ensuring a seamless user experience for affiliates accessing resources. • Act as the MarComm department data manager for HubSpot and assist in HubSpot Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Track and report on communication metrics (click rates, registration numbers, analytics rates, etc.), using data to pivot communication strategies as needed.
• Set and steward the national CE strategy and annual plan in alignment with Care Net’s mission, vision, MLD, ARC, and organizational objectives. • Articulate and continually cast vision that inspires adoption of MLD, ARC, and ALPN across diverse denominational contexts; translate vision into clear roadmaps and measurable goals. • Maintain expert awareness of local, regional, and national pro-life issues to identify opportunities for Gospel-centered church engagement. • Lead with a culture of prayer, integrity, excellence, and compassionate service. • Build and manage a national portfolio of denominational and associational partners; secure multi-year promotional agreements for MLD, ARC, and related church initiatives. • Establish annual CE goals and KPIs; oversee “moves management” for the full partner lifecycle (prospect, launch, growth, retention). • Deepen relationships with key pastors, denominational leaders, and influencers through regular meetings and strategic initiatives. • Partner with Marketing & Communications to strengthen church-facing content, campaigns, and resources; translate data into actionable plans that improve acquisition and retention. • Leverage HubSpot for pipeline, activity tracking, forecasting, task management, and reporting—ensuring data is accurate, timely, and actionable. • Collect, curate, and archive spiritual-impact stories for use across Care Net channels. • Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Directors; guide them to recruit, train, and support Area Coordinators and volunteer teams. • Provide playbooks, training, and tools that equip staff and volunteers to recruit, select, equip, and lead high-impact church volunteers for MLD/ARC, prayer support, and broader engagement. • Equip the team to vision-cast effectively, ensuring message discipline, theological clarity, and contextualization across denominations and cultures. • Monitor regional performance; remove obstacles; align resourcing to growth opportunities by denomination and geography. • Help pregnancy centers establish and scale discipleship connections with churches—prioritizing MLD-centered ministry models that provide ongoing care and discipleship. • Identify and recruit churches for MLD and ARC implementations that can receive referrals and provide long-term discipleship for women and men served through PDL and other channels. • Lead promotional strategy for the Church Engagement track at Care Net’s National Conference support conference programming and execution as assigned. • Serve as a public speaker and representative at national and regional events, workshops, and partner conferences; uphold quality standards and strengthen alliances. • Provide timely written and oral reports to the SVP-SP on national and regional CE performance, risks. opportunities, and resource needs (timelines/budgets). • Ensure compliance with internal policies and uphold Care Net’s Statement of Faith, Core Values, and Employee Conduct Policy. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Promote and support ARC resources across churches, ministries, pregnancy centers, and individuals • Write and curate articles, blogs, and web content for Care Net and ARC platforms • Manage ARC product listings and track sales across platforms • Equip and mentor ARC Recovery Leaders; help recruit and support Regional Coordinators • Assist in developing online training for Forgiven and Set Free and Reclaiming Fatherhood • Provide systems management and customer support for ARC online courses • Contribute expert content for the Affiliate Portal and support church integration of abortion recovery programs • Assist with planning workshops, breakout sessions, and ARC booth operations at the national conference • Represent Care Net at conferences and events as needed
• Develop relationships with church leaders to establish support networks for pregnancy center clients and in communities without pregnancy centers. • Oversee the recruiting of, connection with, and adaptation of the Making Life Disciples programs within local churches. • Responsible for recruiting pastors and church leaders to participate in bi-monthly Church Engagement Vision Calls led by the Executive Director. • Assist in leading Making Life Disciples monthly leadership training calls in conjunction with other regional directors. • Work closely with the church engagement team to recruit and train high-impact volunteers for Making Life Disciples groups across the region. • Monitor and measure engagement metrics outlined by the Senior Executive Director to ensure that goals are met and churches are effectively brought on board. • Ensure that churches are equipped with the necessary resources and training to support their community effectively. • Travel to national and regional events to represent Care Net and the Church Engagement team. • Engage with the community and speak at events to promote Care Net's mission and church partnerships. • Participate in continuous learning opportunities to enhance strategic church engagement approaches.
