• Join our Finance team as a motivated, dynamic Senior FP&A Analyst supporting a rapidly growing business. • You will be the financial backbone for our R&D and Support functions, leading forecasting and operational activities. • This role includes budgeting, variance analysis, and process improvements, while directly interacting with Redwood leadership. • This is a hands-on, in-depth analysis role. • You will drive efficiency and profitability by actioning a financial strategy founded in analytics which impacts critical business decisions. • Manage annual budgets and forecasts for R&D departments (e.g., Engineering, Product, Support, InfoSec, AWS). • Collaborate with department leads to gather input and ensure alignment with strategic goals. • Build and refine financial models to project future Opex trends and identify potential risks and opportunities. • Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual Opex to budget and forecast. • Investigate and explain variances, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions. • Prepare insightful reports and presentations summarizing findings for leadership review. • Monitor and track functional Opex spending, ensuring alignment to budget. • Monitor and track AWS spending, ensuring alignment to budget. • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track Opex efficiency and effectiveness. • Prepare regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual Opex summaries. • Support the close process by providing accurate and timely Opex data. • Build strong relationships with peers, R&D department leads, and leadership/ key stakeholders. • Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial audiences. • Collaborate with the broader finance team to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of work experience in financial planning & analysis in a SaaS environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance related field
- Workday and Adaptive Planning Experience is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Suite of products, most specifically Excel and Sheets.
- Strong financial and business modeling skills with experience in building financial models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical abilities, problem-solving skills and business acumen
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent project and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure within short time constraints and in a complex high growth organization
- Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset. Must be highly driven and self-motivated.

• Lead group consolidation process • Prepare the Group's monthly consolidated management accounts, ensuring all consolidation adjustments are correctly applied • Preparation of key finance reports including group P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statement. • Manage the Group recharge process, including the calculation, posting and allocation of shared costs, management fees and central overhead recharges across Group entities • Maintain and develop the Group recharge methodology in line with transfer pricing policies and Group accounting standards • Management of intercompany processes and reconciliations • Proactive resolution of intercompany reconciliation discrepancies, liaising with operational hub finance teams to investigate and clear outstanding items in a timely manner • Management of Group Holding company management accounts • Support the annual statutory accounts and tax processes including preparation of the stack entities and hub holding company statutory accounts • Liaise with external auditors during the year-end process, preparing supporting schedules, reconciliations and responses to audit queries • Provide technical expertise to operational finance teams where necessary. • Partner with finance leadership on continuous improvement of financial controls and processes • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including systems upgrades, process automation and reporting enhancements • Provide ad hoc support on Group projects

Job Description Job Summary The Senior Manager, FP&A supports strategic and financial decision-making for Brightspeed’s Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) consumer business. This role leads financial modeling, forecasting, capital allocation analysis, and performance insights to optimize unit economics, guide investment decisions, and support disciplined growth in a capital-intensive, subscription-based environment. The position partners closely with executive leadership, commercial, operations, and network teams to drive efficient capital deployment and long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities - Lead financial modeling and investment analysis to support pricing strategy, product packaging, churn reduction initiatives, fiber network expansion, overbuilds, and infrastructure upgrades. - Build and maintain models to evaluate capital allocation decisions using methodologies such as net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), payback period, and cohort-based analysis. - Support capital allocation decisions across competing priorities, including footprint expansion, penetration improvement, retention investment, and infrastructure deployment. - Incorporate key FTTH business drivers into financial planning and analysis, including penetration, take rate, ARPU, churn, margin, and cost to serve. - Evaluate market-level fiber builds by cohort, including ramp curves, saturation assumptions, and long-term margin profiles. - Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess investment risk, return trade-offs, and business performance outcomes. - Own Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) modeling across FTTH sales channels to evaluate acquisition efficiency, payback periods, and long-term profitability. - Lead Cost per Gross Add (CPGA) analysis across products, channels, and geographies, including cost drivers such as marketing, commissions, installation, promotions, and subsidies. - Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency while maintaining subscriber quality and long-term value creation. - Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the FTTH consumer segment using driver-based assumptions tied to subscriber growth, penetration, churn, ARPU, and capital deployment. - Partner cross-functionally to align financial plans with operational execution and business priorities. - Track actual performance against plan, identify key variances, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial and operational outcomes. - Analyze key FTTH business metrics and translate operational drivers into financial outcomes and strategic implications. - Prepare and present executive-level materials to support pricing, growth, capital allocation, and investment decisions. - May perform other duties as assigned.
