Job Description

Senior Data Developer

CI&T

• Design and build end-to-end data pipelines across the RAW, Silver, and Gold layers • Architect data ingestion, transformation, standardization, and serving processes • Model data for analytical consumption • Identify, evaluate, and consolidate new data sources • Interact with business stakeholders to translate domain requirements • Manipulate, optimize, and serve data in multiple formats • Manage and configure cloud infrastructure end-to-end • Own deployment and CI/CD practices for data pipelines • Support the creation of the data layer for AI/ML applications • Operate as a proactive technical partner

Job Requirements

  • English proficiency at B2 level or above
  • Solid hands-on experience with AWS
  • Experience with Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tooling
  • Proficiency with GitLab for source control, CI/CD pipeline configuration
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Strong proficiency in PySpark
  • Experience with Databricks
  • Analytical data modeling expertise
  • Hands-on experience with the Medallion Architecture
  • Experience integrating and consolidating data from multiple heterogeneous sources
  • Mindset suited for greenfield projects
