• Technical leadership and guidance of a team of infrastructure and data engineers • Strategic development and refinement of a forward-looking Data Mesh architecture • Managing data platform scaling and ensuring structural integrity within the cloud ecosystem • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support data migrations toward a modern Lakehouse environment

Job Requirements

  • Proven professional experience as a Lead Data Architect or Senior Data Engineer at manager/lead level
  • Deep hands-on experience with Databricks in an Azure cloud environment
  • Demonstrable ability to provide technical team leadership and define architectural best practices
  • Strong expertise in designing and evolving decentralized data architectures (especially Data Mesh and Lakehouse)
  • Residence / work authorization in the EU, EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland
