• Central point of contact between internal departments and clients • Active relationship management • Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees • Develop tailored solutions and ensure high satisfaction • Guide new and existing clients through all order processes • Ensure high standards of quality and service • Proactively inform clients about new benefits and enhancements • Actively help shape the benefits portfolio • Provide strategic client consulting and develop customized benefits programs • Identify improvement potential in existing systems to ensure sustainable employee retention

Job Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience—ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
  • Solid knowledge of HR and tax matters
  • Experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Confident handling of commercial topics
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Solid project management skills
  • Affinity for technical topics
