Job Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience—ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
- Solid knowledge of HR and tax matters
- Experience in compensation and benefits
- Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Confident handling of commercial topics
- Business-fluent German and English
- Solid project management skills
- Affinity for technical topics
