Role Description Our Digital Workplace Adoption practice is in search of an energetic, adaptable, and passionate individual to join our team as an Adoption & Change Management Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in driving successful client adoption of Microsoft 365 tools and modern ways of working, with a specific emphasis on leveraging M365 Copilot and related Gen AI tooling. Your primary responsibility is to guide our clients’ end users through the adoption and change management transition, ensuring they maximize the benefits of Microsoft 365 with a focus on embracing AI & Copilot capabilities. This role is a hands-on, outcomes-focused specialist responsible for supporting safe, effective, and measurable adoption of Digital Workplace and AI solutions across F12.net and our MSP customer base. This role plays a crucial part in translating strategy into action, working directly with end users, champions, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure adoption success. This role requires a practical communicator who can simplify complex concepts, deliver great training experiences, and support clients through structured change and value realization. The Practitioner works closely with the Director, Digital Workplace Adoption to execute the DWA roadmap, support delivery of programs, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities - Adoption Delivery & Change Management - Deliver role-based enablement for Digital Workplace and AI scenarios (M365 Copilot, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, modern collaboration practices) - Support change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and engagement touchpoints - Facilitate training sessions, workshops, demos, office hours, and Q&A forums - Support champions program execution, including onboarding, communications, and community activities - Assist in developing change, training, and communication assets (guides, videos, playbooks, emails) - Governance & Safe Use Support - Support responsible AI and Digital Workplace governance activities (data access, sensitivity labels, DLP, guardrails) - Help monitor usage patterns and escalation of risks or misuse - Assist with intake and approval processes for Copilot, Power Platform, and modern workplace features - Value Realization & Reporting - Track adoption metrics (usage, activation, sentiment, scenario KPIs) - Contribute to dashboards, reporting summaries, and insights - Capture success stories, lessons learned, and continuous improvement opportunities - Service Delivery Support - Support delivery of DWA assessments, pilots, enterprise rollouts, and optimization programs - Prepare documentation, artifacts, SOW materials, and playbooks used in delivery - Contribute to reusable assets, templates, and delivery methods - Collaborate with Customer Success, Modern Work, Sales, and Security/GRC teams - Internal & Customer Collaboration - Coordinate closely with the Director, Digital Workplace Adoption to ensure program alignment - Share best practices and exemplars across F12 - Support internal adoption efforts by coaching employees and reinforcing modern work behaviours Qualifications - Preference will be given to candidates holding a Prosci Change Practitioner certification (or similar). - Proven experience in change management, adoption, or training related to Microsoft 365 & Copilot; strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, To Do, Planner, Copilot, and their integration possibilities. - Excellent communication, both written and verbal. - Strong facilitation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to evolving technologies.
