System Administrator

INTRUST Bank

• Act as the primary internal subject matter expert for the Fiserv banking platform at University Bank. • Manage and maintain configuration settings on the Fiserv banking platform, including but not limited to: Job role and security settings, Business workflow automation, Reporting functions (scheduled and ad-hoc), Integration of Fiserv with other business platforms. • Documentation of compliance with established controls. • Develop and maintain procedures for the management of the Fiserv banking platform. • Act as a liaison between the Fiserv, University Bank business units, IT, and relevant third parties in support of the Fiserv banking platform. • Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements. • Create business & functional requirements documentation. • Participate and in some cases, lead discovery sessions with business partners to refine and find improvement opportunities within the Fiserv banking platform. • Manage ticket escalations between the bank representative and the Fiserv ticket holder. • Project management to ensure that Fiserv is providing sufficient updates on open projects. • Assist in researching system failures that should result in Fiserv invoice credits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years’ experience working with Fiserv required.
  • Experience with Fiserv Premier strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years working within a Bank / Financial services company required.
  • Understanding of Fiserv configuration best practices for: Job role and security settings, Business workflow automation, Reporting functions (scheduled and ad-hoc), Integration of Fiserv with other business platforms.
  • Experience providing technical and business support on Fiserv platforms to employees.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions on Fiserv platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Fiserv support, bank employees, and third-party resources as needed to resolve problems and/or enhance Fiserv capabilities.
  • Detailed understanding mortgage banking operations, workflow, and processes.
  • Knowledge of mortgage and banking regulatory compliance.

Role Description This position supports Linux Engineering Sustainment under ASRC Federal's CECOM SETA Support within the PEO EIS MSP, in direct support of the CECOM Army Software Integration Center (ASIC). The PEO EIS MSP ensures that the U.S. Army's Linux systems are secure, reliable, and capable of supporting mission-critical operations. As a Senior Linux System Administrator, you will lead the day-to-day administration, hardening, and modernization of complex enterprise Linux environments and play a key role in delivering ASIC software updates to deployed soldiers. Key Responsibilities - Administer, maintain, and harden enterprise Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments across on-premise and AWS GovCloud infrastructure. - Operate and troubleshoot high-availability architectures including Red Hat Pacemaker / Corosync clusters and load-balanced services. - Lead patch management, system hardening, and STIG/ACAS compliance activities; coordinate vulnerability remediation across production fleets. - Support ASIC software delivery workflows, including web-based deployment of software updates to deployed Army units. - Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management using Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent. - Author and maintain automation scripts (Bash, Python) to streamline operational tasks, monitoring, and reporting. - Collaborate with security, network, and application teams to support Authority to Operate (ATO) activities and Continuous Authorization processes. - Serve as a senior technical resource — mentor junior administrators, lead troubleshooting bridges, and contribute to architecture and lifecycle decisions. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline preferred.
