Team Lead, Engineering - Fluent Commerce

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Fluent Commerce Team Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale Order Management System (OMS) solutions using Fluent Commerce. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in distributed OMS architecture, retail and eCommerce workflows, and system integrations, combined with strong people leadership skills. This role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and integration teams to deliver scalable, high-performance, and resilient OMS solutions that support complex omnichannel business models. Key Responsibilities - Technical Leadership & Architecture - Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Fluent Commerce OMS solutions - Design scalable, API-driven, and event-based OMS architectures - Define solution blueprints aligned with retail and eCommerce best practices - Review solution designs, configurations, custom extensions, and integration patterns - Ensure adherence to performance, security, scalability, and reliability standards - Team Management & Delivery - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of OMS developers and integration engineers - Provide hands-on technical guidance, architecture support, and code reviews - Ensure quality through design validation, testing governance, and release readiness - Drive Agile delivery practices, sprint planning, and execution - Integration & System Design - Oversee integrations with enterprise and commerce systems including: - Payment gateways (PayPal, Adyen, Stripe) - ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) - Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) - eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento) - CRM and loyalty platforms - Work extensively with REST APIs, JSON payloads, webhooks, and event-driven architectures - Ensure seamless, reliable data flow between OMS and downstream/upstream systems - Business & Client Engagement - Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs - Conduct technical and solution workshops with client stakeholders - Provide production support guidance, incident triage, and root cause analysis - Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and RFP responses Qualifications - 8+ years of overall IT experience with enterprise systems - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Fluent Commerce OMS - Strong understanding of order lifecycle management and distributed order management (DOM) - Expertise in returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and inventory orchestration - Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and asynchronous integrations - Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills - Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models - Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred / Nice to Have - Experience in omnichannel retail and large-scale eCommerce environments - Exposure to cloud-native or microservices-based architectures - Prior experience in client-facing or consulting roles - Experience supporting production systems and high-availability platforms Benefits - Pivotree is an equal opportunity employer. - We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace.

Role Description R&P is looking for an Amphibious Warship Ship Designer and Project Manager with C5I experience who wants to join our team. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any technical discipline, and a minimum of 10-years DoD/Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management. - Former Navy enlisted personnel and former LDOs with a minimum of 12-years of experience would meet the requirements for these positions. - In-depth knowledge of U.S Navy Amphibious Ship C5ISR systems and interfaces, and familiarity with PEO C4I, NAWCAD, PEO IWS, and NIWC organizations is required. - A Master's degree is preferred. - A Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred. - AutoCAD proficiency is preferred. - Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
