Vice President of Revenue Management

Hotel Equities

• Define, lead, and execute the company’s enterprise revenue management strategy • Set long-term and short-term revenue targets for the portfolio • Lead strategic pricing, stay restriction, and inventory control frameworks • Anticipate and respond to evolving market dynamics, competitive shifts, and macroeconomic factors • Partner with executive leadership to integrate revenue strategies into the broader commercial plan • Oversee all distribution channel performance • Recruit, mentor, and inspire top revenue management talent • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the revenue management discipline • Oversee enterprise-wide reporting and analytics

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive hotel revenue management experience
  • 5+ years in senior multi-property or corporate leadership roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Deep expertise in revenue management principles, commercial strategy, and global distribution
  • Advanced proficiency with multiple RMS, PMS, CRS, GDS, channel management, and business intelligence tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and influencing skills.
