About the Role The Project Manager, Senior Living (CapEx) is responsible for the ongoing management of construction projects across our portfolio. The Project Manager will work closely with the Director, Senior Living (CapEx) and Manager, Senior Living (CapEx) to ensure the execution of capital projects in support of Ventas’ long-term capital investment strategy. Key responsibilities include: Work closely with designers, project managers, and contractors to solicit proposals, evaluate them, and make recommendations for selection Manage the execution process and coordinate stakeholders (operator, designer, consultants) on large investment front of house and back of the house projects Work closely with CapEx consultants to manage accuracy of project timing and spend Run weekly or bi-weekly internal update calls Attend weekly Owner, Architect, Designer calls across all larger investment projects Identify general contractors, prepare bid forms, solicit bids, prepare comparisons, and recommend selections Visit job sites weekly, when feasible, depending on project scope and status Work with team to create investment strategy for new acquisitions and NNN transitions Coordinate and communicate with design and construction teams Qualifications

• Design, implement, test, and document functionality based on customer business requirements and workflows • Plan, lead, organize and control projects from beginning to end • Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external customers during all phases of the implementation project to achieve defined success, including the recognition and handling of escalated customer issues. • Set appropriate customer expectations • Ensure timely and effective customer service expectations are always met and/or exceeded times • Manage multiple/simultaneous implementation projects • Resolve advanced customer escalations • Track all correspondence and completed tasks to provide accurate record of account/project history • Professionally establish strong working relationships with other people and teams • Recognize and provide input into process improvement • May participate in special projects or other duties as assigned • Responsible for working towards and assisting in the achievement of individual, team, department, and company goals • Travel typically less than 10%. • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes. • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. • Assign tasks to internal and external teams and assist with schedule management. • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve. • Analyze risks and opportunities. • Oversee project procurement management. • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. • Work with the Fulfillment Leadership figures to eliminate blockers. • Use tools to monitor working hours and plans. • Vet all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement) • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including account notes, plans and reports.

• Utilizing Jira and Confluence support project teams with loading data, formatting templates, and creating job aides • Supporting project management and consultants by reviewing deliverables due and following up on financial updates • Working with consultants as needed on updating utilization to be able to report on financials timely.
