Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or operations support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar platforms is a strong advantage
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Highly organised and dependable, with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset
  • Strong command of the English language, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a suitable home working setup
