• Manage company-wide People Experience & Culture projects from planning through implementation and delivery • Build and maintain clear execution plans, Jira workflows, project roadmaps, timelines, trackers, and status updates • Create and maintain a single source of truth for each initiative, including documentation, meeting notes, decision logs, and follow-ups • Coordinate stakeholders across HR, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and other business teams • Facilitate project meetings and cross-functional alignment sessions to ensure transparency and progress • Translate discussions into clear action items, ownership, deadlines, and next steps • Proactively identify and challenge unclear ownership, conflicting priorities, missing decisions, or unrealistic timelines in a constructive way • Track project risks, blockers, dependencies, and open decisions, escalating issues early when needed • Keep project documentation organized, accurate, easy to navigate, and consistently up to date • Prepare regular project updates and progress reports for stakeholders and leadership teams
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a similar role
- Fluent Russian and English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
- Experience working within People, HR, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, or Business Operations functions
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking methodologies
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and departments
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to fast-moving and ambiguous environments
- Strong written communication, documentation, and follow-up skills
- High level of ownership, organisation, and attention to detail
- Nice to have: Experience working on Employee Lifecycle or Customer Experience initiatives such as onboarding, engagement, or offboarding
- Experience in international product or IT companies
- Familiarity with HR tech implementation or process optimisation projects

Your Role: We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Lead with expertise to oversee multiple strategic initiatives within the Specialty Gases business unit.
