• Manage end-to-end project execution for multiple, simultaneous customer and internal initiatives, partnering closely with technical teams—including engineering and cybersecurity—to translate requirements into actionable plans. • Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution to ensure successful delivery for our clients. • Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues early; establish and maintain project governance, documentation, and reporting standards. • Serve as the primary project liaison for our customers. Lead client-facing meetings, manage external expectations, and ensure a seamless, transparent delivery experience from kickoff to project closure. • Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels, providing status updates, risk assessments, and recommended actions tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Build strong relationships across internal teams and client organizations to ensure accountability and alignment on project goals. • Partner with engineering and cybersecurity teams to ensure technical requirements are integrated into broader project milestones. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows and implementing best practices across the project lifecycle. • Conduct "lessons learned" sessions to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous organizational learning.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of project management experience, including proven experience in a direct client-facing or customer success role, preferably in technology-driven or cybersecurity environments.
  • You have a foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts (1+ years of experience).
  • Tool-agnostic knowledge of SIEM and SOAR is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models is a nice to have.
  • You hold a PMP or CAPM certification (or are actively working towards one) and have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client presentation skills, and interpersonal savvy to manage diverse customer and stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional global or remote teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of Azure infrastructure deployment projects, from initiation through planning, execution, testing, cutover, and transition to operations. - Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs, dependency tracking, and executive status reporting. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including cloud architects, Azure engineers, network engineers, identity engineers, security teams, operations teams, and third-party vendors. - Drive deployment planning for core Azure infrastructure components such as landing zones, subscriptions, management groups, virtual networks, connectivity, identity integration, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery. - Translate technical delivery activities into clear project plans, timelines, work packages, and stakeholder communications. - Manage project resources to standards. - Facilitate project-related meetings, such as design reviews, readiness reviews, risk reviews, and management updates. - Identify delivery risks, environmental constraints, and interdependencies early, and drive mitigation plans to resolution. - Ensure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and operational standards, especially for regulated or mission-critical environments. - Partner with technical leads to validate deployment readiness, testing completion, cutover planning, and support transition requirements. - Track deliverables, action items, and decisions to maintain execution discipline and accountability across teams. - Support customer and leadership communications with concise, accurate reporting on progress, blockers, financials, and next steps.
