• Architect and run high-scale campaigns across Social, Search, SDK Networks, and DSPs • Move fluidly between macro strategy and daily bid/budget decisions to maximize every dollar • Bridge historical cohort data and predictive modeling using internal pLTV models to hit fROAS targets • Continuously audit forecast accuracy against realized actuals to refine bid multipliers and scale confidently on predicted value • Build rigorous, data-backed creative testing programs • Synthesize MMP attribution data with internal backend databases to validate performance • Cultivate high-level relationships with top-tier platforms and agencies • Act as a rapid-response partner to the Product team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years running UA or performance marketing in mobile gaming
- Track record managing large-scale budgets with accountability for ROI
- Strong analytical chops: advanced Excel / Google Sheets, comfortable with complex data sets
- Hands-on experience with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.) and DSPs/social ad platforms
- Familiarity with pLTV modeling and ROAS-based bidding strategies
- You’re obsessed with finding smarter ways to work
- Must have a genuine passion for mobile gaming and a solid read on the industry landscape
